Payment Policy

All payments for course enrollments must be made in Australian dollars via approved payment methods. Course fees are due at the time of registration. newswirexo reserves the right to adjust pricing with prior notice.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available in accordance with Australian consumer laws. Full refunds apply if a course is cancelled by newswirexo before commencement. Partial refunds may be granted for withdrawals made at least 14 days prior to the start date, subject to an administration fee.

Eligibility for Refunds

• Requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
• No refunds for courses already commenced or completed.
• Special circumstances, such as medical emergencies, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Processing Times

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and returned to the original payment method.
